Taxes are included, but a 5% service fee is charged by the ticket service. Registration includes the conference banquet on Saturday evening and drink tickets for poster session and mixer. Lunches are not included. Several options exists in walking distance of the conference venue. A registration desk will be available at the Friday evening mixer and on Saturday morning. Please wear your name badge throughout the conference and the mixer. Click here to proceed to the EventBrite registration page. Only Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted. Registration confirmation will be sent automatically by email. Door registration will be possible, but an additional fee of $25 will be charged. Door registration is only possible by paying with cheque. Deadline for the submission of oral presentations is October, 17th. We will continue to accept abstracts for posters after this date, but we might not be able to include them into the book of abstracts. |
